If you are a pardon and waiver services provider and would like to become a member of the Pardon Association of Canada your company must meet the following criteria.
To become a PAC member your company must:
- Have been in business for at least 5 years.
- Have a website that is clear, factual, and free of misleading advertising or erroneous claims.
- Provide honest counsel in the best interest of the client.
- Have employees that do not work on a commission.
- Provide clear and factual contact details.
- Address complaints and be open to dispute settlement.
